Delivery & Returns


A 3rd party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed.

1.1 When will I receive my delivery?

In the item page, you will receive an Estimated Delivery TimeFrame. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated timeframe considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

1.2 Can the deliveries be quicker?

We could deliver  quicker if we decide to not do our quality control check once your manufactured products arrives at our QC Facility but in order to make sure you receive the best products at the best quality we double and triple check.

1.3 What do you mean arrive at your facility?

We source our products and manufacture our products from several different countries, in order to make sure every item is exactly as described we check and counter check and triple check to ensure quality.

1.4 Will you be able to reduce your delivery timeframes ?

We are working day and night to do that, rest assured.

We want you to love what you have purchased from us. Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and should you be dissatisfied with the item(s), you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days from receiving your order



To be eligible for a return, purchased item must be in selling condition and in the same condition that you received it. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept earrings unless its defective or the wrong item.

  • Gift Cards / Sale Items / Free Gifts / Items purchased using points*.

We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that JENNIFER J FASHION will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.


Our exchange policy is applicable to item(s) received in your online order within 14 days upon receiving your order.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns and exchanges of earrings unless it is defective. Exchanges are subject to approval of discretion of JENNIFERJ.FASHION.

Please note that an exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, refunding via store credit, refunding via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of JENNIFERJ.FASHION.

No other forms of refund (such as cash vouchers or store credit) will be given. If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. When completing the online Return / Exchange Form, you will be refunded via original payment method. The refund will be issued by JENNIFERJ.FASHION. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed. Please note that the processing time for refund is dictated by card issuers.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Terms and Conditions

  • JENNIFER J FASHION reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges (“Returns”). You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item(s) to you.
  • All risks in shipping the item(s) to JENNIFER J FASHION shall be borne by you. JENNIFER J FASHION shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.
  • Should your preferred refund method not be indicated during the Returns process, you shall be refunded by your original payment method.
  • Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.
  • JENNIFER J FASHION shall not be responsible for damage to item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.
  • Our Returns policies does not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by JENNIFER J FASHION, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorised by JENNIFER J FASHION.
  • JENNIFER J FASHION makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • All Returns are at all times governed by Singapore law. JENNIFER J FASHION and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • JENNIFER J FASHION's decisions on Returns are final.
